Hands on experience for process scale up from lab to pilot plant to manufacturing plant.

Inititaive to identify opportunities in fermentation processes, and plan work to sync company goals.

Understanding CMC regulatory landscape to take complex decision.

Drive decision making by active engagement of coworkers at all levels.

Experience in working with partners /stakeholders across different organizations desirable.

Mtech/PhD in biochemical or chemical Engineering.

Provide leadership in production of recombinant proteins and secondary metabolites by fermentation route.
