Support the Head - Service & Channel Partner Development in the formulation of annual manpower plan for outsourced staff/ indirect employee
Work closely with the Regional Heads and Regional Operations Heads to identify manpower staffing agents requirements in the region and forward the same to the Head - Service & Channel Partner Development
Identify potential service partners in the region and forward the same to Head - Service & Channel Partner Development
Work out costing for Service Partners
Support the Head - Service & Channel Partner Development in the empanelment of new service partners in the region
Conduct the induction program for all service partner staff in the region
Conduct all relevant operations trainings for all service partner/out sourced staff in the region
Responsible for efficient functioning of all service partners in the region
Conduct regular audits of service partners in the region in terms of adherence to statutory requirements, service level agreements etc; Highlight any deviations to the Head - Service & Channel Partner Development and take corrective actions, if any
Monitor through Service Partner, his staff performance on a regular basis , conduct regular meetings with them and ensure motivation level of staff is high
