Associate General Manager - Process Implementation for Design

Key objective: To act as the key leader, working closely with the organizations Design Head, in implementing global best practice, including IT and Knowledge mgmt systems, in the Design team. 
As an AGM in the Design team, your job role will include following responsibilities: 


To stimulate efficiency of the overall department functioning by introduction and implementation of various innovative processes and thinking.


To collate all the learning of the past to formulate into policies or Knowledge documents.


To facilitate implementation of various policies and past learning in all the projects.


To device and implement monitoring systems to track all the deliverables of the projects as per schedules.


To facilitate better integration of all the sub-cells to ensure seamless and effective functioning of the department.

You would be required to own workstreams/ projects. This role also requires working closely with the cross-functional teams for implementation of specific engagements and across multiple projects.
