Successful candidate will be a seasoned customer relations manager with at least 3 years of relative experience and will be required to:

 

- Provide help and advice to customers

- Train, supervise and lead a team in ensuring highest levels of customer

   satisfaction.

- Addressing and resolving customer complaints.

- Putting in place strategic process that reduce customer complaints.

- Setting up systems and processes for recording customer interaction

  and analytics for service level improvements.
