Driving up sales volumes by converting more prospects (those who haven't completed the online purchase) Assist customers in purchase. You will need to be a graduate with 2 yrs experience in a call center(Preferable in Standard Chartered, CitiBank, American express, etc.) You must have working knowledge of computers & Internet
