Provide pre sales assistance to customers by giving clarification on products, service, claims, tech support to purchase online.
Driving up sales volumes by converting more prospects (those who haven't completed the online purchase)
Assist customers in purchase.
Meet individual sales targets on a Daily/weekly / monthly basis
High energy levels with initiative-taking approach, and good communication skills are key skills required. You will need to be a graduate with 2 yrs experience in a call center(Preferable in Standard Chartered, CitiBank, American express, etc.)
You must have working knowledge of computers & Internet
