We are looking for a Associate Product Manager (APM), who will help design and implement innovative mobile products that can fundamentally alter the way we use various services, manage the end-to-end execution of product features, and contribute to product vision and strategy.

Collaborate with usability and technology team to develop a deep understanding of customers, identify gaps in core product functionality and help build right set of features and track adoption for same

Rigorously monitor key performance metrics and coordinate with various teams to take corrective actions if needed

Ensure PRDs, flow diagrams and wireframes are properly translated to live site/app and drive problem resolution once new features have gone live

Engage in defining a strategic creative direction for product and marketing communication

Provide analytics based insights to help marketing team optimize marketing spends

Champion customer satisfaction by working with customer support team, oversee customer grievance resolution and trouble shoot in case of escalations

Work with various support teams(technology, design, marketing, contracting) to manage operational issues such as fulfilment, external partner relationships, legal and other compliances and customer conversions.

Understanding and analyzing user needs

Maintaining a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and trends

Validating and pitching new product ideas

Defining features through detailed specifications, user stories and wireframes

Working with design and engineering teams through feature implementations

Maintaining timelines and keeping all stakeholders updated

Defining success metrics and analyzing product performance

Work with our developers to release world class apps

Manage the entire life cycle of the app, adding features and editing the interface whenever required or when a brilliant idea strikes

Love and work on app related analytics and features based on user feedback

QUALIFICATIONS

Recent MBA with 1-3 years of work experience in an internet company or in product management roles ( Premier B school)

Strong knowledge of UX process and development processes.

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills combined with a strong business and technical acumen

Bias for action and can break down complex problems into steps that help drive product development

Good oral and written communication skills
