Job Description:
1.Product Manager will manage delivery of great digital experiences for our customers in a rapidly evolving landscape of omni-channel retail.
2.Product Manager will lead spec-ing out features & changes, UX, QAing new features, delivery management and analyzing data for improving digital products.
Responsibilities:
1.Lead the Product Development & Management across digital channels
2.Leverage analytics & drive new, justifiable projects that will directly increase conversion rates and overall growth/engagement
3.Gather requirements, write specifications, prioritize features, build consensus and coordinate product development across external partners & internal teams
4.Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to ensure products satisfy customer needs
5.Contribute to product roadmap with new, justifiable ideas to enhance existing functionality or introduce new features
6.Build internal products/features aimed at maximizing efficiency & resolving operational/customer service problems via technology
7.Gather & analyze feature performance data to make optimizations/improvements.

Requirements:
1. Product management or product design experience.
2. Prior software development experience. Experience working with developers & consumer facing products.
3. Understanding of the technicalities of product & architecture.
4. Experience in developing internet products, website optimization, customer insight tools, and technology.
5. Strong solutioning, analytical and problem solving skills. Attention to detail alongwith a strong sense of urgency and ownership. 
6. Demonstrated skills in gathering requirements, organizing resources & delivery management.
7. Experience designing simple and intuitive user interfaces - ability to create examples through wire frames and mock ups.
8. B.Tech / BE from a reputed engineering college.
