Desired Candidate Profile

 

Provide technical assistance on issues raised by L1/other teams. Work with L3 team to identify & solve seller issues requiring technical/non-technical support. Provide feedback to & coach L1 team to improve resolution capability.

Ability to identify & solve technical issues using various tools and process knowledge.

Ability to communicate issue & issue resolution with sellers, ability to provide constructive feedback to L1 & L3 teams.
