Provide technical assistance on issues raised by L1/other teams. Work with L3 team to identify & solve seller issues requiring technical/non-technical support. Provide feedback to & coach L1 team to improve resolution capability.

Knowledge -
SQL Database Querying, MS Excel, HTML
Ability to identify & solve technical issues using various tools and process knowledge

Resolution TAT, One Call Resolution, L1 knowledge management
