Title: Partner Business Finance
Reports into Manager Business Finance

Responsibilities:
Assessment & Tracking ROI for marketing engagements and campaigns.

Develop & present marketing Insights built on financial parameters with a deep dive with the Analytics vertical

Develop financial plans & budget for marketing vertical along with various other Biz Fin teams, with great rigor on Bottoms up approach. Accurate plan with consistent and adequate How Lists.

Drive & lead the full engagement on a sub vertical of Sales & Marketing and build the relationship with relevant Marketing BU leads. 

Continuous tracking of key financial and marketing metrics, accurate reporting, creating dashboards, decks and circulating the same to relevant stakeholders at requisite time intervals

Acts as a running source of truth for numbers key metrics and performance drivers

Review the plans vs actuals on regular basis; in depth analysis of deviation matrix and communicating the same proactively. Creating right visibility and enabling planning of actionable

Develop deep understanding of variable driving business and leverage that to create multiple views for creating actionable plans

Actively participates in Month end closure process working closely with Biz Fin and Marketing Org. Able to bring closure with accurate reconciliation between target vs actual month plans

Provide daily updates / flash to finance and sales management to track close progress

Prepare financial & marketing information & analysis for business presentations with key highlights

Handle complex adhoc request with a short turnaround time and supplement such request with appropriate analysis and comments to support decision making
