Job Description-

Resolving service request and incident within SLA.

Primary responsibilities including managing and maintaining LAN, network & network handling mail client Issues.

Managing all type of O.S. related issues & LAN troubleshooting.

Configuring and troubleshooting of clients with Domain.

Configuring and Maintenance of mail client in MS Outlook 2003 &2007 .

Install Printer & troubleshoot issue (Local Printer & Network Printer)

Install Data Card & troubleshoot issue Wi-Fi configuration for users.

Installation & troubleshooting for VPN connectivity

Configuring Net meeting, windows remote assistance and share files or desktop by using this tool.
