Initiate leasing & re-sale transactions through channel partners, corporates and individuals.

Achieve revenue targets month on month basis.

Co-ordinate/Work with operations team for successful execution of leasing and re-sale transactions.

Co-ordinate/Work with Sales team across projects to pass on the lead for primary sales.

Perform end to end functions related to leasing and sale transactions as decided by management from time to time.
